1. Provider
The provider is Gäfgen & Gäfgen GbR (LayerLabs 3D), Im Hähnchen 7, 57612 Birnbach. Full details are given in the Imprint.
2. Website
The website provides information about our company and our brands. Nothing is sold through it. Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively via Etsy or eBay. The terms and conditions and the cancellation policy of the respective shop apply to them.
3. LayerLabs 3D Publisher
LayerLabs 3D Publisher is an in-house tool of Gäfgen & Gäfgen GbR. It publishes the company's own content on the company's own business accounts on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. It is neither sold nor offered to third parties for use.
- Only authorised members of our team may operate the Publisher, and only with accounts that belong to the company.
- Every post is individually reviewed and approved by a person before it is published.
- Only content for which we hold the necessary rights is published: our own photos and videos of our products and material created from them. AI-generated material is labelled.
- The terms and policies of the respective platform (Instagram/Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) also apply to its use. They take precedence over these terms.
- The connection to an account can be disconnected at any time, in the Publisher or in the platform's settings. The data stored in connection with it is then deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Content and rights
Texts, photos, logos and videos on this website and in our posts belong to Gäfgen & Gäfgen GbR or are used with the permission of the rights holders. Any further use is permitted only with our consent.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage. The operators of linked third-party websites are responsible for their content.
6. Law and changes
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live remain unaffected. We may change these terms; the version published here applies.
