Data Deletion

LayerLabs 3D Publisher connects only to accounts of Gäfgen & Gäfgen GbR. Which data it stores in the process is set out in the Privacy Policy. This is how the data is deleted:
Disconnect yourself
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove “LayerLabs 3D Publisher”.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → remove access for “LayerLabs 3D Publisher”.
- Pinterest: Settings → Security and login → Apps → revoke access for “Living Layer Co. Content Planner”.
Disconnecting invalidates the access token. We delete the stored token as soon as the Publisher next accesses the account and notices the revocation, but no later than within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
Write to nils.gaefgen@layerlabs3d.io with the subject “Data deletion LayerLabs 3D Publisher” and state the platform and the account name. We delete all data relating to this account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email. The only exception is data that we are required by law to retain.
